These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between PrimoFlex Home (formerly known as PrimoFlex SHPK, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider,” “We,” and the Client (Contractor).
Adherence to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy is mandatory for accessing and using this website, which is owned and operated by PrimoFlex Home. These Terms of Use apply to collective business transactions between PrimoFlex Home and the Client. They are valid for the entire business relationship, including future contracts. Clients include legal entities as well as individuals.
By accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms. If you do not agree with all these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
The Terms and any additional conditions or documents that may be posted on the site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
ADDRESS
The company’s address is Industrial Zone, Pejë. Our offers and services are provided based on these periodically amended Terms of Use. During the issuance of a contract, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Use. Other terms of use do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client will place a digital order. Consequences of defects or delays resulting from unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete task formulation by the Client will be borne by the Client. Orders from the Client must include the data required by us. Consequences of errors and delays arising from non-compliance with these obligations by the Client will be borne by the Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRIMOFLEX HOME
We will deliver goods in accordance with the highest standards of service quality in the industry. Delivery deadlines are provided according to the best estimate within the agreed timeframe. We will not be liable for defects arising from the Client’s breach of cooperation duties or caused by incorrect, incomplete, imprecisely terminological, or poorly legible documents. Liability in this case is limited to typically occurring, foreseeable damages and is capped at the amount of the contract volume of the translation or other relevant work. The website will only be liable for intentional acts and gross negligence.
OFFERS AND PRICES
All offers and prices are non-binding. They may be adjusted to adapt to current conditions and additional expenses without special notice. Prices are in euros unless another currency has been agreed upon. All listed prices in our offers are net prices and do not include Value Added Tax. Terms of payment, early payment discounts, or other discounts are not guaranteed unless explicitly arranged.
Special services require an additional fee or will be charged according to prior expenses.
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
PrimoFlex Home will not be liable for defects and damages caused by third parties.
Any claim by the Client in any of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo for damages to third parties (non-parties to the contract) is unacceptable.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for damages arising from force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, undetectable computer viruses through regular antivirus checks, traffic blockages, etc.). Under all circumstances, PrimoFlex has the right to withdraw from the contract or to request a reasonable grace period from the Client for the execution of the contract. Any claims for compensation are excluded in this case.
Before the completion of the translation, the Client has the right only to cancel the contract for good cause. Withdrawal is valid only in written form. If the Client cancels the contract, the Translator has the right to invoice the agreed refill. However, the Translator cannot charge any expenses saved by the cancellation of the contract, and the invoiced amount must be credited against other earnings obtained from subsequent employment of the work capacity, and against any profit that the Translator deliberately fails to make.

PrimoFlex Home owns all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including but not limited to all logos, trademarks, data, texts, graphics, diagrams, images, or any other material or audiovisual algorithms. Under these terms of use, users are granted a limited, temporary, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access, browse, and use this website only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. As long as you have the right to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the part of the Content to which you have properly gained access only for your personal, non-commercial use. PrimoFlex Home’s liability for information related to its services is also defined by the Service Agreement with its clients for specific services (s).
ENFORCEMENT
If all or any part of any provision of these terms of use is or becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the same shall be excluded from these terms of use and shall be ineffective to the extent possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these terms of use and in no way shall affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
WAIVER
No waiver by us of any breach of these terms of use shall constitute a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach and we shall not be affected by any delay, failure, or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in relation to any of your actions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms of use and/or your use of the website are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and the courts of the Republic of Kosovo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
